All of The LWord products are FINAL SALE. We are not able to provide any refunds or exchanges. 

 

If you have any questions or concerns about your order or prior to ordering you can always text the business line at (734) 489-1733. Available Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm Friday-Saturday 9am-7pm Sunday Closed.

The LWord offers shipping world wide. We also have Next Day pick-up available locally in the Eastpointe area.

---->Example: If your order is placed Friday, pick up is available for you on Saturday :-)

After purchasing text business line with your Name/Order # and time you would be available for pick up. 

Pick up times are Thursday/Friday@5:15. Saturday 1-3pm. If these pick up times conflict with your schedule please choose the shipping option. These instructions and exact pick up location will also be given after purchase. If you are interested in doing same day pick up please text business line (734) 489-1733 before purchase to be sure of availability. Orders are usually shipped out in 2 business days. You will receive your tracking number via email.

The LWord does not do pre-orders. EVERYTHING on the site is available on hand. Unless it tells you on the site that the item is sold out.
